After successfully building and operating the Live.On digital telco brand, Circles is pleased to announce its transfer to XL Axiata as part of a pre-established plan. This is the culmination of three years of successful partnership between Circles and XL Axiata for the digital offering.

Since its launch, Live.On has flourished, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering innovative offerings to the Indonesian consumers which was reflected in its consistently high NPS score of over 50. This dedication to excellence was also recognised on the national stage with Live.On securing several prestigious awards including the Youth Choice Award by Marketeers for No. 1 Digital Telco Brand, the Wow Brand Silver Champion in the Digital Operator Category, and a runner-up position for Indonesian Digital Brand of the Year in 2022.
